what people are saying
Comfort Keepers of Haddonfield provides non-medical in-home services to seniors and other adults designed to enable people to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own homes. My wife Bethan and I are the co-owners of the business and between us have over 40 years of experience within the health services industry. One of the better decisions we made since the time we went into business in October of 2010 was to invite Expert IT Operations into our business to evaluate our IT and office equipment system. We wanted to make sure that we positioned ourselves to be able to efficiently and safely handle the volume as we grew our business. A few keys words come to mind when I reflect on our experience with Expert IT Operations. Value…there is no question that we received significant value from the work these folks provided. Integrity…I personally only like to do business with people I can trust…from the moment we met Paul and his cohorts, I found them to be very honest and trustworthy. Expertise…from day one I have been impressed with the quality of their knowledge and work. These folks know what they are talking about. I should also add that Expert IT Operations just didn’t come in, do some work, get paid and leave; Paul himself has consistently inquired as to how are systems were operating. Please feel free to contact us at any time at 856. 857.6120. We’d be more than happy to share our experience with you regarding Expert IT Operations.
Dear Mr. Kearney,
I would like to thank you and Expert IT Operations for your computer expertise in making my new office location a success. It has been a pleasure to work with your company setting up our computers, network and electronic medical records.
Expert IT has provided us with excellent service and support during our initial setup and continued computer needs. This has been of great value to me as the age of technology plays a paramount role in my surgical practice. During this process, all of our questions were answered timely and corrections were promptly made to keep us efficient.
I highly recommend you and your organization to anyone who requires any type of computer/service needs. I have a significant peace of mind knowing that at any time should we have system issues, your team is just a phone call away.
STEPHEN A. CHAGARES
We have been using Paul Kearney and his team at Expert IT Ops since 2012 and our inception of new Practice Management and EMR systems which are from 2 different vendors.
We have 3 offices and 2 of them must remote into our servers to access the systems. With no onsite IT staff on hand to fix any problems that arise, Expert IT Ops is the next best thing. They have taken a large weight off of my shoulders by being a phone call away when there is a problem.
Paul is my liaison with all the different computer, telephone and cable vendors that we have services with. This frees me up to be able to perform my job and I know that things are being handled the correct way. I know that when I am out of the office the staff can call him and he will fix whatever problem they are having. It’s 1 phone call and not 3 or 4, because we all know that when you have different software vendors involved no one wants to take responsibility when there is a problem.
They take care of my monthly software and virus protection updates. Help with the technical component of our Risk Assessment for Meaningful Use. Keep our remote access up and running.
I would highly recommend Paul Kearney and Expert IT OPS.

I would (and have) recommend Expert IT Operations to any practice/office looking
for exceptional IT help. It is like having your family visit AND help solve any
existing IT issue.
Should the opportunity arise, would you use our services again:
We currently use Expert IT Operations and would never look elsewhere for any IT work. We have built an unbreakable bond with Paul and his team that I hope will continue for decades to come until he retires, of course.
